If you are going to partake in social media, then it is important to customize your account. Twitter is no different than Facebook in that regard, you can easily customize your background which gives you the opportunity to advertise your services, other networks you are involved in, all the while capturing a person’s attention with awesome design.

Show your love for Gina’s

Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012

I often say that I love our client,  because without a doubt it is true. We have had the pleasure of working with a local downtown business that has been paving the way for other downtown businesses for years. Gina’s Boutique specializes in bringing trendy, affordable and unique fashions to Grand Rapids through exclusive, contemporary clothing and accessories.

The owner, Gina VanGessel brought 834 on board to develop an overall marketing plan, social media strategy, email marketing outreach and design of a new online store. We have also been implementing the strategies that we have developed and that ranges from managing social media accounts, running contests, giveaways, email messaging and design as well as event planning.

The most recent contest that Gina is running is a video contest that asks Facebook fans to submit a 15 second video that explains how that person loves Gina and what word they feel describes the boutique. The winner will receive some AMAZING prizes. You can view the information on their Facebook page here.

We have also partnered with several local fashionistas to judge the video entries. Find out who they are here. The Mode Life also ran a great article on the contest, check it out.

You can still enter to win…so do it while you can. Oh and while I am at it, support local.
